Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Multi Music’s defective exchange policy provides for replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective. Defective CD’s/DVD’s will be exchanged for the same title only.  For assistance with defective product please send us a message or call us at 1-800-465-0779. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Multi Music before product is returned.  Every effort will be made to replace defective product in a timely manner and reasonable expenses incurred during the replacement process will be borne by Multi Music.

CD and DVD compilations purchased from Multi Music that are not defective may not be returned and payments received for said CD and DVD products will not be refunded.

Pay per Play subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing Multi Music with 30 days written notice. Annual subscribers are agreeing to purchase a preset number of discs and will be contacted prior to the renewal of their subscription contract.
